Yes. Cloud CRMs connect through the vendor's OAuth with scopes you approve and can revoke anytime; self-hosted systems connect at the database or import layer. If you run on Excel, Nario reads and writes the spreadsheet directly.

Client conversations going into a CRM sounds sensitive. What about privacy?+

Nario operates only in groups you authorize, writes business facts (intent, budget, preferences), and inherits your CRM account's permissions. Your data is not used to train models and is not resold.

Our agents are not keen on learning new software. Will adoption fail?+
