A 36-step overseas-worker pipeline, run from LINE
Photograph documents to file them, auto-verify before submission, auto-fill external systems. 61-second demo, from intake to submission-ready.
Photograph documents, verified automatically
Staff photograph a candidate's KTP, KK and passport straight into the LINE group. Nario extracts each document, files it onto the right person, and creates a record automatically when the candidate is new. Cross-document consistency (name, ID numbers, date of birth) and the legibility of photos and stamps are checked item by item, and the results come back as a one-page verification report.
Catch rejections before you submit
Ask whether a candidate is ready and Nario checks the submission rules one by one: passport validity, photo specs, medical-report dates, signature consistency. Anything doubtful is flagged; if a flag is a false positive, the case officer can override it in one sentence, and the reason is recorded. You find problems before the rejection letter does.
External systems, pre-filled for your confirmation
Say the word and Nario turns the filed data into a pre-filled form preview for the external system, with every field labeled with its source document. Nothing is written until the officer confirms with a one-time code sent over LINE. The same data no longer gets typed a third time.
An audit trail from intake to submission
Automatic record creation, overrides and imports all leave a trace you can check later. Placement documents can be generated from the same records. Everything runs inside the LINE groups the team already uses, with no new system to learn.
